Sell your home by listing your property with Thai Condos. We will automatically send your listing to every agent who operates in your properties area in order to gain a quick sale. Note that whilst there is no charge to list your property, should a buyer be found then you will be subject to the agents commission for selling.

For agents.

List your portfolio with Thai Condos. You will get your own site and URL (your-subdomain.thai.condos) with your properties listed. Select the area in which you operate and we will automatically push property to your site from individuals, other agents and developers (co-agents). Enquiries that come in will allow you to co-broke deals, selling faster and easier. Your properties always come top of your list (in gold) with co-agent properties below. There is no charge to use our service.

For developers.

Add new buildings to the site and list your property. Our feed will push your property to local agents who will market the property for you. There is no charge to use our service.

XML feed

Should you have a large list of property then we are able to integrate your xml feed into the site. Please contact us for details.
